Huzzah! 9000 Views! 'Tis a milestone of sumo-sized proportions!
Which is appropriate, since I've been on a sumo-drawing kick lately!

My friend has always been a fan of the whole 'huge character sits on/ squashes/ smooshes smaller character' thing, so I ended up making him a lil' gift pic. But when I found that drawing such big, wonky characters is - A. Strangely fun B. Good for cell-shade practice with all their curves & C. Good for getting to know muscle groups of the upper body - I decided "What the heck?" and am making a pictures series out of it.

Thus begins another set of matches at the suddenly infamous Sumo Wrestling League (SWL)! Where enormous guys face off against tiny little Smooshlings (indestructible things that can take a major wallop but never get really hurt) in rather ridiculously one-sided matches! Or two titanic sumo face off together! Or some other crazy stuff happens!
You'll cheer! You'll gasp! You'll most likely make the "o_O" face a lot!

For the, like... 2 of you that care about my Galleta & Pastel series, don't worry, I'm still doing that too - just haven't realloy been in the mood lately : B
